CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible reservations: Reservation can be cancelled minimum 8 days before scheduled arrival without cancellation fee. Cancellation and modifications made within 7 days before arrival or upon arrival implies cancellation fee of 100% reservation value. In case of no-show total price of the reservation will be charged.

*Hotel reserves the right to ask for a partial / full prepayment or pre-authorize credit card before arrival. 

Non refundable reservations: Total amount will be charged in advance.Modifications and refunds are not allowed.Cancellation and no show implies cancelation fee of 100% reservation value.

Monri WSPay

Regent Resort Budva uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures the buyer and merchant secure entry and transmission of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that Monri WSPay has. Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for entry and transmission of data.

The reservation is held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

All payments will be effected in Montenegro currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
